Comment:  These guys are by no means a top house, but they're mostly great guys who love to party and have a genuinely good time. I've never felt unsafe or weirded out at one of their parties. Mainly Sigma Kappas and AEPhi's attend their parties, and the girls have always been super fun too. Definitely a group of guys you wanna get to know if you're a raver, or if you're just down to pack a bowl and kick back with some non-traditional frat guys. They're just chillers, good to be friends with.
