Comment:  They kept two girls in the chapter who went on a shop lifting spree last summer and yes, they are still currently members. This chapter has zero standards and they only achieved a higher GPA average because they didn't report girls on their roster who had low GPA averages. The actual average is below a 3.2...so yeah these girls are far from moral or truthful and that's why 1/2 the chapter has dropped.
