Comment:  Have made good progress in the last years. By no means top tear even though they try and project that image . If your the most average normal dude in the world you probably will do great in Delt (Of course there are exceptions) . But for having fun partys, getting girls and having a crazy time in college (Things most people are interested in) Delt is by no means the fraternity -- Find a girl in a top sorority and ask.. they'll let ya know
