Comment:  Ok... Kappa is not bottom tier. This is the truth of the matter: Kappa was once the top of the middle tier but a few weird "apples tainted their bunch"/ chapter. They are having some issues now and everyone knows it. Now they are the bottom of the middle tier. They are below phi mu. It's uncomfortable to watch them socialize and they are having some trouble finding their way. BUT they are strong nationally and they are getting help!
