Comment:  Honestly i would consider Chio definitely bottom tier. The sisterhood does NOT exist and the girls are extremely fake. Every single one of these girls will stab their own sisters in the back especially if its over a boy. I've seen many of these girls at parties and every time they're all so sloppy drunk. These girls are mean and constantly bully girls who don't fit into their 'friend group'. They have definitely gone down hill since pc 15. Its honestly so sad that these girls think so highly of themselves. Chapter of the year? Yeah right.
