Comment:  Upper-middle tier. Fall PC was solid but gave out insane number of bids and it came at a price with a few strange guys getting bids. Cliques within the fraternity and lack of juniors and seniors are holding them back. When they do throw parties they’re usually wild and they have great tailgates.
