Comment:  The Phi Psi's are definitely one of the more exclusive chapters on campus. They have numbers, but don't give out many bids they get a bad rap sometimes, but of the brothers I know, they are actually really nice people. Seriously involved on campus; they do a bunch of community service, and host a lot of philanthropic events. Dance parties are pretty good as well!
