Comment:  This fraternity is by far the highest tier you can find at UCR. The guys have a strong bond between each and every one of them that isn't seen in any other chapter on campus. Plus their social scene and parties blow every other chapter out of the water. If you're looking to rush any fraternity, you shouldn't even look at anyone except Phi Kappa Psi.
