Comment:  a lot of people seem to dislike pi phi but they are still for sure top house. not sure what the post about chi o being their competition was about lol the sororities are very different and there's no competition there. my only criticisms is that they don't seem very involved with their philanthropy and definitely dirty rush. but like i said, still top house by far
