Comment:  Overall, Phi Delt is a really great frat, but there are obviously a few downsides. The brothers here are incredibly nice and respectful, which is a huge plus for girls when they come to the parties. It’s one of the very few houses where girls can actually feel completely safe. Another great thing about Phi Delt is that the guys have a really strong brotherhood and are also all pretty smart. The house is really nice and VERY clean, even after house of really intense partying. Some downsides to this frat are that they’re a little TOO strict about following IFC rules, which can dampen the mood at parties really quickly. Another weird thing that the brothers do is aggressively self-rate on this website. Just stop, it’s really obvious. But overall, one of the best frats at SU, especially with this year’s great pledge class.
