Comment:  Theta Chi is having a culture shift. With the seniors this year graduating and the recent recruitment classes coming in, Theta Chi's identity is going to be different. Seniors are more of the SGA/Good grades type while the freshmen are more party/bad grades type. They have been more active throwing parties this year than last and usually do a good job getting people to their house. However, they are not the best liked on the row because of fall rush cheating that they somehow did not get into trouble for. Outside of a few parties, Theta Chi doesn't have a lot to offer.
