Comment:  Why aren't these girls top tier? Forsure the coolest most chill girls on campus. Never met a Pi Phi who doesn't like to have a good time. Their fall pledge class of 17 is a bunch of smoking hot babes. TOTAL smokeshows. Coming from a guy in a frat here, I would put them for top three, any day. Rush Pi phi!
