Comment:  I had to select party animals, but honestly, they are known as the fraternity that a lot of townies come to because it is the first house on the circle. They have become suffice with just getting random DJs and packing the bunker with Longwood girls looking for a place to stand on a Friday or Saturday night. I have never seen them throw a decent concert nor have I seen them steal any kids away from any of the decent houses. Theta chi is usually where a lot of rejects go. Most people will down vote this because they monitor this site to avoid bad publicity, but sadly, if you're an incoming student, Theta Chi is simply not a real southern fraternity at this school. They are bottom tier with DKE and Phi Gam and don't really have any sort of respect from houses like Kappa Sig, Chi Phi, KA, or SAE
