Comment:  Known to be pretty but actually aren't. Very put together which can take looks FAR. Has some of the dumbest girls. Has even more smart and involved ones. Most top pnms are phi mu's type. Love the house. Geographical diversity. Not as wealthy as people think. A lot nicer than people think.
