Comment:  Women are catty. Groups tend to pick things based on popularity sometimes, and yeah, both of those things are in Delta Phi. But those things are in EVERY ORGANIZATION and if you don't think thats true you aren't involved enough. Get over the cattiness and get over not getting the positions that you wanted. There are sisters with multiple positions because they may KICKASS at both of those positions and just to spread the love is not an excuse for you to get a position. Nobody goes to socials and then complains that they aren't any fun unless they're with ATO, but they won't go try other fraternity socials to know that they are and always have been fun to go to. I wish these women would get their heads out of their asses, stop being afraid of change, and stop being so afraid of authorities. Other than that this chapter is a kickass sorority and there is no reason not to join them. There is good in everything and dwelling on the bad portions of this sorority is getting you nowhere. Find the good, find the doors that open, better yourself no matter those around you, SORRY
