Comment:  Suddenly PiKapp looks like they're on the rise. MUCH Better than what I saw from a few years ago. Parties I went to this semester were packed and full of fun and these guys are nice and outgoing. I wouldn't be surprised if PiKapp becomes an upper mid tier frat that attracts 40 man pledge classes within the next year or two! Good Job boys :)
