Comment:  Sigma Nu has a massive problem with volume control. At least once a week the fraternity shouts and blares music until the mid hours of the night, which can be heard very audibly across the street in most of the apartment buildings. While they may clean up their mess at some point the next day, members and partygoers throw their empty beer cans off the balcony and onto the lawn.
