Comment:  Consistently improving in grades but they don’t rush OOS PNMs well at all. They don’t care and it’s clear. Good in state girls, desired by them, not very friendly. Not as wild as Kappa but still party a lot, good amount of pretty girls but they don’t recruit based off of it. Good house but maybe stay away if you’re OOR.
