Comment:  Obviously not a top tier but not a bottom frat either. They're pretty involved on campus and their rep gets hurt because they don't have a house. But some of the guys are pretty cute, most are funny and they're not stuck on themselves. Could move up if they get a house, but at least they're not douchebags.
