Comment:  Got lucky with their freshman pledge class by stealing what should have been some of SAE’s 2017 pledge class in my opinion.Fun parties, rarely have many anymore. Consistently a top house at auburn, but recently they have been topped by Sigma Nu in the social scene. This year they have earned the reputation of being exclusive, which is probably because they are so gassed up on themselves and the small group they hang out with. Most girls would agree that Theta Chi this year has been a let down, you can’t be “Top” if you never do anything lol
