Comment:  Phi Delt is not as popular as previous comments make them out to be. Yes, they have a beautiful house and a strong alumni base. However, they seem to have the attitude that they're better than everyone else because of it. They rush purely off of their house and nothing else. They also have had the tendency to rat on other fraternities for numerous things. If you're rich and like being just another number go Phi Delt.
