Comment:  Solid middle tier house. Girls range from cute to average to no way Jose. Serious partiers, but still a lot classier than some of the so-called "top houses". Seem to have a strong sisterhood, but are never going to move up unless they screen out some of the dogs. It sounds harsh but its true. Always a fun group to party with though.
