Comment:  I think Its pretty obvious that these guys are in the top tier. I think they can be argued (but not conclusively) as the top house overall at CSU. For all of you young men deciding to rush, stick to Pi Kapp and Kappa Sig. My advise though is to rush 5 prospective frats you're interested in soon into the rush process, and then narrow it down to 2 very quickly. Pi Kapp is a great group of guys and usually have the best balance between parties and classiness. I'm not really sure why they are getting slammed so much on here. My guess is these are just rival frats and a few girls that got their feelings' hurt. Your unbiased Ram, Molly
