Comment:  The only real reason why Phi Psi is top house is because they are the only stereotypical appearing frat. The cheerleader affect is real and when looked at individually; the guys aren't that good looking. They are not very social and very bad at socializing with girls. The only time they do is when a girl has had too much to drink at a party. In previous years, they may have been good looking and gentlemen-ly. We can't say so much for the more recent classes.
