Comment:  They have low retention rates, but I feel as though this should be expected for new houses. I’ve noticed that the girls who stick with it are the ones who get involved most in the sorority. I also see the same people out together every weekend, and they never get too bad and they care a lot for each other. Their new house is beautiful and they’re extremely passionate about their philanthropy. The one thing I think they need to work the most on is their GPA! It’s important that they look for new members who are academically driven and only in the sorority for the party.
