Comment:  Theta Chi has below average brothers and the only rational reason they’re #1 is because it’s because they made their pledges do it. Their house is really small and parties aren’t that fun. If it had better people in it maybe it could actually be a good time but it just seems like the guys in Theta Chi are just ones that couldn’t get into the better or bigger frats.
