Comment:  Hate to say it, but Chi O is officially middle tier. After 2 years of not being able to meet quota, the girls in their sorority have become a very weird, mixed bunch. They even try to hide some of the girls in their sorority to make themselves seem cooler. The seniors are the last true "top tier" class, but after they graduate chi o will suck. Their personalities aren't even that great, and are not very friendly people. They tend to stick to themselves.
