Comment:  Only went to second round with these girls during rush, but I think they absolutely deserve to be considered top tier. Almost all of my fellow PNMs agreed that Pi Phi was the most enjoyable house to rush; the girls are smart, attractive, engaged and engaging, and treat all PNMs equally. I obviously didn't end up with Pi Phi but would have been so happy if I did.
