Comment:  They're top during recruitment. During the year though........doesnt seem as much fun to be a Kappa. They consistently don't place in Hoco/Scandals/USing (didnt even make USing this year). The things that matter to Greek life at OU they consistently dont do and somehow are still at the top. Honestly It must be nice.
