Comment:  Gamma Phi at Chapman is becoming super random and don't have much unity...unless you count defending themselves and their falling rank all over greekrank as unity...Their pledge class last year was SO random. This year was as well, but they did get some good girls. They're definitely moving down in the middle tier because of their randomness and lack of unity within their chapter.
