Comment:  People here are giving comments based on the party quality but that's not what fraternities were made for. DKE has an amazing brotherhood and they get involved in life on campus. Brothers at DKE are real gentlemen, at least some of them are. Yes, their parties got worse but I don't think they are in the 1-2 scale range.
