Comment:  Alpha phi has been known to recruit based off of looks in the Past. This however has not been a crucial factor recently. They have struggled with retention rates but are working very hard to fix there sisterhood and make it better. They are becoming more involved on campus in the recent years. Overall they are really becoming a true sisterhood with multiple redeeming qualities
