Comment:  I'm not sure why Pi Phi has such a bad rap. I know a few of them and they're all cute & pretty involved with student orgs on campus. Wish they socialized with more frats and did more with the Greek Life community as a whole, but overall, they have improved a lot. Definably moving up to top tier after looking at other chapters new pledge classes..
