Comment:  A Phi is literally only in the top because they recruit based on looks. Sisters can text each other AND new members if they are seen around campus and tell them they don’t look good and need to go home and change or do their hair/makeup. Not a good sisterhood, and a lot of their new members realize this after FFR is over and they drop because they are not very real during FFR. You are better off going Pi Phi or Zeta.
