Comment:  They're brand new. Parties so far have been decent. Now is a good time for a new fraternity with all the restrictions. I think in a few years they'll be mid-tier if they keep doing what they're doing. Besides, why should anyone trust a ranking website that has ZBT as a top fraternity. Make your own judgments.
