Comment:  If you’re in a class that requires any sort of intelligence you’re probably able to find at least 1 or 2 Phi Sigs. Everyone loves to have mixers with them. They’re definitely the sorority to be on campus and have been since I’ve been at Capital (3years now). They’re the whole package, smart, pretty and kind.
