Comment:  Chapter that self ranks hard right around rush time. Not respected by the other frats because of their 'no pledgeship' national policy. Currently have Phi Delt's old house, which is subpar to even chapters below them with houses. Mix mainly with spirit groups. Seem to have a good brotherhood, but lacking in social/funding and still far from mid tier frats.
