University:  University of Texas at Austin - UT

Greek Organization:  Phi Delta Theta

Author:  honest opinion from an APhi

Comment:  Before fall of 2016 Phi Delt was one of the fastest rising fraternities, and the vast majority of the actives were very chill guys. After the fall 2016 PC, which was full of pretty cool guys as well, everything went down hill. They had a couple of senior actives leave, and several of the cooler actives red lined. Between this and not being able to have a pledge class they've lost about 1/3 of their chapter. Between this Spring pledge class (I've met a couple and they're not that bad, some are kind of weird though) and Fall 2018 pledge class they should be back to the point where they were right before the year long probation. Also, the sophomore and junior classes are some of the best guys I know in the greek system at UT.
