Comment:  The phi delts have really gone downhill in the past few years. They bid the guys other fraternities don’t want because they can’t keep their own members from leaving. It’s well known that certain guys in it like to talk down to their brothers behind their backs. Not a good fraternity to join unless you don’t get a bid from any others
