Comment:  Still a top rate fraternity, but they used to be legendary for throwing tons of great parties on a regular basis. This year, the few parties they've thrown have still been good but there just aren't many of them anymore. What happened to you guys? Where's that fun and wild Theta Chi attitude that we all love?
