Comment:  They've been recruiting small pc's with only girls they actually want lately. Their PCs have been full of cute social girls which is a huge improvement for them. If they can expand it to get full size pledge classes of those girls they could easily be mid. They are slowly filtering out the girls that give them their "bottom" rep which is great. Definitely an up and coming chapter.
