Comment: So i resisted posting a review for DG because I was afraid that people would immediately know who posted it and come after me but you know what, enough is enough. I'm not a DG. To a lot of people this fact is surprising because for a year, my friends and I, all of which were part of the founding class, were all over DG's social media. We were the only girls who consistently made appearances at other greek life events. We also were some of the first girls to say the hell to it and drop. Not because we didn't want to be in a sorority. Not even because we thought we were too good for the sorority. No, we dropped because sisters didn't support us when we participated in other greek events. We dropped because every little thing we said and did was judged and scrutinized, even when the leaders of the sorority were doing the same (if not worse). We dropped because many of the sisters didn't know how to deal with personal conflict and LITERALLY tried to kick us out. I don't know what's going on now, but based on the comments made the past few days, it appears they still don't know how to do that--on both sides. Y'all need to get your act together, figure out who the hell you are and what you want your reputation to be, because right now, as an outsider looking in, all I see is a high school cafeteria filled with cliques. Support each other. Get off the damn internet and deal with your problems face to face. Making it so obvious that there are problems within DG isn't gonna help your chances with Spring Rush. And boy, do you need to do well with that.
