Comment:  I can't believe I'm going to graduate and Phi Delt is top house. Almost seems like a huge joke but they are solid house. Guys like each other and always involved in campus. Lots of weird guys and I mean lots. Parties are hit or miss. Itnhave tons of people. They go hard for 2 hours 9pm-11pm. Better than the sigs this year
