Comment:  Back in the 1980's and 1990's you couldn't find a better group of guys to hang out with. It arguably had the strongest brotherhood and best parties on campus. The chapter left Louisville for 20 years but now it's back. Their recruitment is excellent and once Pi Kapp becomes reestablished over a couple of semesters they will rise to the top of this ranking. If you're rushing and looking for a great group of guys who will become life long friends give Pi Kappa Phi a serious look.
