Comment:  I've had my good experiences and bad experiences with DPhiE. Some of their sisters can be rude, but for the most part a lot of the girls that I have met are really nice and friendly! I heard that they're doing winter rush without panhel, and I think that'll improve their chances of getting a good class this semester!
