Comment:  I am going to be completely honest. Kappa is a good house. However, their system for rush is very political. A lot of girls expect to have Kappa all the way through rush, but get cut on first round. Girls in house typically pull for their best friends to get bids, whether they deserve it or not. Kappa's are typically wealthy and super involved. They make a list of a little less than 100 girls and cut everyone else first round. You can tell any Kappa you know that you want Kappa and they will keep you if you are on their list simple as that. Their sisterhood is very strong, almost cult like. Kappas love Kappas. After all their philanthropy is about supporting their sisters. Most girls are really nice, but some can be snotty and stuck up. I am in another house on campus, and was cut by Kappa first round even though I am very wealthy, simply because I did not know anyone in house. I am not bitter, I honestly think KKG is a good house. Just want to inform PNMS for PC 18 that are curious.
