Comment:  Been to this house and I can say that majority of the guys in this house are greasy and not very friendly. A few of them are very nice and friendly but looking at the house as a whole, they aren't the greatest. I know girls who do not feel comfortable in this house cause the guys are creepy and sometimes overbearing. They're probably losing their house anyways which is a shame because the house is in a good location and they had potential.
