Comment:  Chi O is using their past reputation as a nice sorority to shield their current state. They are all very cliquey and gossipy. Their sisterhood is pretty poor, but they go soooo far out of their way to make it look good. Dirty rushing and spread rumors about other sororities. I don't think they should be top tier at all.
