Comment:  This chapter has to be one of the fastest up and coming fraternities on campus, it seems like they have one of the nicer houses i've been to on campus and definitely lot of land for outdoor events that they have really put to use in the past. The guys in Pi Kappa Phi are always down to have a kickass time and have been nothing but great when it comes to their events and house parties. My friends and I haven't met a PiKapp that we don't like and we're really looking forward to going to their round up this semester!
