Comment:  For being a relatively new fraternity in Chico, these guys are doing great! All they really need at this point is a house and I'd say they are top tier. They're not douchebags (looking at you PIKE haha) nor are they lame (Alpha Dog lmao) but I'd definitely join Lambda Chi if I had the money.
